OakLink is a product currently in active development by Three Oak Woods LLC (“Three Oak Woods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Information presented on threeoakwoods.com reflects our current design intent and plans, which are subject to change.

Product imagery, descriptions, and demonstrations represent design concepts and are not a promise that any specific feature, design, or capability will exist in a final product. We may modify, delay, or discontinue OakLink, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

2. Features, pricing, availability, and timing may change

Any features, pricing, appearance, packaging, availability, specifications, and timing referenced on this website are preliminary and may change as development continues. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell, a guaranteed price, or a commitment to a launch date.

We may update this website and its content at any time. We are not obligated to provide any product or feature described here, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on preliminary information.

3. OakLink is not an emergency or medical service

OakLink is intended to be a family alert system that helps a person notify chosen contacts. It is not a medical device, emergency response service, or professional monitoring service, and it is not a substitute for calling 911, seeking emergency medical care, using a professionally monitored medical alert service, or providing in-person supervision and care.

Do not rely on OakLink or this website in any situation requiring urgent or emergency assistance. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number. Three Oak Woods does not provide medical advice, monitoring, or emergency dispatch, and assumes no responsibility for outcomes related to emergency or medical situations.

4. Waitlist participation

Joining the OakLink waitlist expresses interest only. It does not guarantee access to the product, eligibility to purchase, product delivery, availability in your area, or any particular price. Waitlist position does not create any contractual right or obligation.

We may contact waitlist participants about OakLink, pilot opportunities, launch timing, and related updates. We may also adjust, pause, or close the waitlist at any time.

5. Information you submit through our forms

Please do not submit medical details, diagnoses, health records, descriptions of emergency events, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the forms or messages on this website. Our website forms are not designed or intended to collect this type of information.

Information you choose to share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you confirm that it does not include sensitive personal or medical information.

6. Marketing communications

If you join the waitlist or contact us, we may send occasional updates about OakLink and Three Oak Woods. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact hello@threeoakwoods.com to ask us to remove you from marketing updates. We may still send non-marketing messages necessary to respond to your inquiries.

9. Fees, connectivity, and base unit activation

OakLink is being designed as a family-managed alert system, not a traditional monthly monitoring service. There is no required OakLink monitoring subscription or monitoring fee. Families manage their own trusted contact list rather than paying for a call-center monitoring plan.

Some connectivity options, such as cellular service for the base unit, may require a separate prepaid SIM, cellular subscription, or IoT connectivity plan from a third-party provider. A future Wi-Fi or home-internet connection option may also be considered as the product develops. Any such connectivity is provided by the applicable third party, may involve its own costs and terms, and is not included in or guaranteed by Three Oak Woods. Final packaging, providers, and whether a SIM is included may change as the product develops.

OakLink features are designed around an activated base unit and a configured family contact list. Connectivity-dependent features, including family alerts, are not designed to work unless the base unit is set up and connected through a supported connection option.

10. Relationship between the summary and these terms

The plain-English summary at the top of this page is provided for convenience and readability. It is not a complete statement of these terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the summary and these formal terms, these formal terms control.

We may update these terms as Three Oak Woods grows and as our website, products, and services evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
